Meet Stephanie Gaucher: Your partner in project administration

Discover the vision behind Stephanie Gaucher Project Administration Consulting, our commitment to excellence, and how our specialized expertise supports thriving construction projects across Canada.

Our journey to effective project administration

After more than a decade supporting construction, mining, powerline, and industrial projects across Canada, I noticed a common challenge: even great project teams were often overwhelmed by administrative demands. Project managers and superintendents juggle leading crews, managing budgets, maintaining schedules, overseeing safety, coordinating contractors, and keeping clients informed—all while handling an endless stream of documentation, reporting, logistics, and compliance requirements.

I started Stephanie Gaucher Project Administration Consulting because I wanted to bridge that gap. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how strong administrative systems can make the difference between a project that struggles and one that succeeds. When documentation is organized, workforce logistics are coordinated, costs are tracked accurately, and communication flows efficiently, project teams can focus on what they do best—building.

What makes our approach unique?

The biggest differentiator is that I am not just an administrator—I have worked inside active mining, construction, powerline, restoration, and industrial projects where delays, compliance issues, and poor documentation can cost thousands of dollars per day. I understand both the administrative side and the operational realities of running a project.

Industry experience that goes beyond administration

Most administrative consultants have office experience. I have spent more than a decade supporting active construction, mining, powerline, and industrial projects across Canada, working directly with project managers, construction managers, superintendents, field crews, contractors, and executives.

I understand:

  • Workforce mobilization
  • Camp operations
  • Remote site logistics
  • Project controls
  • Cost tracking
  • Document control
  • Payroll administration
  • Contractor onboarding
  • Regulatory and client compliance
